$399 Flat Fee MLS Listing Input

IMPORTANT: MLS rules state that every listing in MLS must offer compensation to the selling broker. What you want to offer is your decision. No company can put your property on MLS without this. We want you to know the rules before you sign with us. We strive to make you comfortable from the start, no tricks or fast talk, just honest service. How the "MLS Input" works. This option is designed to save you money but will require more work for you.

1) You sign a listing agreement with us for up to twelve months.
2) We can take pictures or you provide them to us.
3) We input your listing on MFR MLS
4) We will update your MLS listing as needed. (Unlimited changes at no extra cost)
5) We put a For Sale sign in your yard.
6) We handle showings.
7) You handle offers.
8) When a Realtor® or real estate agent sells your home, you pay the selling brokerage 3%* commission.

What are the advantages?
  • You pay a flat $399 listing fee.

  • We put a sign in your front yard.
  • You save 3%* or more in sales commission when you sell.
  • You only pay 3%* commission at closing to selling agent.
  • If the Sun Team listing agent brings a buyer, you pay 3% commission plus receive your $399 listing fee credited back at closing.
What are some of the disadvantages?**
  • You must be the contact with other agents. (We handle showing appt's)
  • You must review any offer yourself.
  • You will negotiate directly with the selling agent.
  • You will be the contact for inspections, title company etc.
