there aren't very many single family foreclosed homes on the market (about 30 single-family homes in Sarasota County
built in 2000 or newer) but it seems everybody is advertising foreclosures these days...."Get a Free List"
& "Updated List" & "Find Them Before Anyone Else" .... but the truth of the matter is, if
they are on MLS any agent can find them. To our knowledge there is no "magic" list of all foreclosed homes "coming
on the market", but if you find one we'd love to see it!!

and often give little time for an answer.
